SoTa Wig Payment Plan & Process.

1.⁠ ⁠A minimum of £500 (per unit) is required to book your order, and this is non refundable as the process of making your SoTa Wig begins the moment a deposit is made.
 2.⁠ ⁠A higher deposit amount will facilitate your order and enable us get your wig ready as soon as possible.
 3.⁠ ⁠You will need to specify how often you intend to make payment and how much you intend to pay at those times for example, £500 monthly or £1,000 monthly as is convenient for you.
 4.⁠ ⁠After a deposit has been made, we will schedule a virtual consultation to help you get your accurate head measurements, explain the process and discuss further details about your units.
 5.⁠ ⁠You will be given regular updates as the process is ongoing, and you will be able to make any adjustments if necessary.
 6.⁠ ⁠There will be another virtual consultation when your wig is ready to confirm hair colour, style and any other details to ensure you get exactly what you’ve paid for.
 7.⁠ ⁠Your wig will only be ready after payment is completed.
 8.⁠ ⁠Shipping fees will depend on location and weight of your package (which may sometimes include maintenance and styling items).
 9.⁠ ⁠A final virtual consultation will be scheduled after you have received your unit to confirm fitting and ensure you’re happy with your new wig.
10.⁠ ⁠You will be able to send back your wig for any further adjustments if absolutely necessary (which is often not the case).

Production Time:
Making a fully hand tied lace system takes about 12-15 weeks.
